It has come to my attention that perhaps some of the customers I serve in places like Pittsburgh or Cleveland may not find it convenient to travel to the shop to pick up their oil change. Nor is it sometimes convenient to have to wait a couple months for me to be at an event closer to their location. As a result of this newfound information (/end sarcasm), I have decided to begin offering shipping as an option for receiving your parts and equipment!
As I gain a little more experience with this process, I hope to figure out a price point to begin offering free shipping and other services, but for the time being, bear with me. I’m still finding my legs and dialing things in like what packaging materials I need to have on hand and the best processes for getting things to you. The first shipment should be hitting it’s designated doorstep today. I do feel like I found a competitive price for shipping, and that’s been my main hold up this whole time. Shipping costs can certainly drive up your price in a hurry.
Orders will still be taken by email or messaging me on the various platforms I have provided over on Contact Us. No newfangled online shopping platform yet. If you know the pains of trying to stay in line with manufacturer minimum advertised price (MAP) policies, then I guess you know. Until I find a smooth way of handling that, hopefully a more personalized approach isn’t too off-putting!
